A great cup of coffee requires an uncompromising commitment to four elements: the best beans, roasted to perfection, always fresh and brewed properly.
We carefully select our beans from each harvest and farm. For each single-origin coffee chosen we sample dozens of others to arrive at our final selections. Our process is uncompromising to yield the highest quality coffee. We buy our beans from the finest importers worldwide in small quantities, at their peak of perfection, and then roast them, also in small quantities, according to precise profiles developed by us for each type of bean. It’s a concert our Master Roaster conducts daily to assure you of uniformly superior fresh coffee.
We don’t roast the most, just the best…and we do it without missing a beat. Each roast is roasted by a Fiddleheads owner.
