Fiddleheads is almost freakish about freshness. For all our customers we roast to order, not to inventory.

We can’t say for sure what the competition may do. But many may have roasted weeks or months prior to selling their whole bean coffees. One thing is for sure, with time flavor is compromised. At Fiddleheads, fresh is our guarantee to you. Check our packages for the roasted-on date. We roast daily and in small batches because we believe coffee drinkers care more about freshness than anything else when it comes to starting their day off right.
