Full city + roast (dark). Full body. Unique, wild and spicy. Coffee lovers favor Ethiopia for its truly unique flavor. A favorite among Fiddleheads employees; it’s rich with distinct fruit and spice nuances. From the birthplace of coffee, the Harrar region of Ethiopia produces highly sought after coffee with a distinctive wild flavor and bold body. Harrars get most of its flavor characteristics by dry processing. This method is when the fruit is left to dry on the bean resulting in a wild, deep fruit flavor. It’s the Bordeaux of the coffee world. If you think all coffees taste the same; take one taste of this unforgettable gem. Not certified but all coffee grown in the area is grown organically by tradition. One out of five Ethiopians depend on the coffee industry for their living. Coffee also holds a special place in Ethiopian culture. The majority of the crop doesn’t even leave the country and is drunk with ceremony by the Ethiopian people.
