Full city + roast (dark). Fair traded and organic, Sumatra Aceh is grown in the beautiful volcanic mountains surrounding Lake Tawar and the town of Takengonon on the northernmost tip of Sumatra. It's grown in the shade without chemicals and is one of the world's truly exotic coffees. Sumatra Aceh is known for its rich, full body and hints of earthiness. This particular crop has fantastic aromatics of cedar, smoky pepper and spice. The cup finishes with a rustic sweetness and dark chocolate notes.
