Full city roast (medium). Heavy body. There’s a wide range of cup flavors depending on roast level. City + roast holds intense fruited notes whereas full city + has deep chocolate and spice nuances. Full city roast level has the best balance of fruit and body. The Guji is unbelievably clean, sweet and has a delightful, unique complexity that holds your attention long after you’ve put your cup down. This is due in part to roast profile and processing method. Along with many other coffees from Ethiopia, our Sidamo Guji is organic but not certified.
