Full city roast (medium). Medium body. Classic and bright. Another great new crop of Costa Rican! This coffee has a medium but deep body with well rounded acidity. The cup starts off with crip, lemon-citrus notes and a rich, dark chocolate body with subtle orange notes throughout. It has a long lasting, buttery finish with mild berry notes at the end. Grown on lush mountain sides between 3,900-5,400 ft in Costa Rica's most renowned coffee growing region, this high altitude coffee is perfectly consistent from cup to cup and one of our owner's favorite!
