City + roast (light). Medium body. This exceptional, single origin coffee comes to us from owner Roberto Samuel. His 21 hectare estate is in the Santa Ana Volcano west of San Salvador. Located in the Apaneca-Llamatepec Mountain Range and grown in the shade of Ingas, Colpalchi and Cypress trees, this coffee is truly one to savor. The high altitude produces a coffee with notes of tangerine, and honey with subtle chocolate undertones. A soft, floral finish and pleasing mouthfeel completes a flavor profile that has even our most seasoned cupping experts excited. From Roberto Samuel, to Fiddleheads, to you, taste the passion and quality.
